IMMUNOPEROXIDASE (IPA) PRODUCTS

Our IFA/IPA slides are prepared either by growing cultures in situ within the slide wells or by blending infected with uninfected cells that have been stabilized. The appearance of the infected cell with an intracellular pathogen is optimized in order to increase the reader's ease in differentiating true positive reactions from "non-specific" ones. A red peroxidase substrate (AEC) contrasts with a light blue counterstain to work with all of our slide formats.
