Price quotations are available directly from Fuller Laboratories at chris.shapiro@vmrd.com. Outside of U.S. and Canada, please contact our distributors. If you do not locate a distributor for your region, please email our office in California.
Terms
Invoicing is NET 30 days in U.S. dollars, unless prior agreements have been reached. Payment for international purchases by bank wire transfer is preferred and the routing is listed on the invoice. Payment by this method must be in full, without deduction for sender’s fees. Credit card payments (VISA, MasterCard, Discovery and American Express) are also accepted. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Return Policy
A return authorization (RGA) is required for the acceptance of any returned goods by Fuller Laboratories. Do not return product without this authorization, as these products usually cannot be returned to inventory from international destinations. Any problem with the use of our products, other than an ordering error, MUST be described in detail to facilitate our Complaint investigation process.
Guarantee
All Fuller Laboratories products are warranted to meet catalog specifications. Any products not meeting such specifications and returned, upon approval, to Fuller Laboratories within 30 days of shipment will be replaced with like material or, at Fuller Laboratories’ option, the purchase price will be refunded. Replacement or refund will not be made for materials rendered defective due to improper storage, alteration, or storage beyond normal shelf life. Fuller Laboratories guarantees shipments to arrive in proper preserved condition at customer’s first receiving point. Products damaged in transit will be replaced at no charge providing:

You have notified shipping carrier of damages immediately upon receipt of shipment

You have reported damage to Fuller Laboratories by telephone or e-mail within two business days following receipt of damaged shipment. Your report should include: your purchase order number, Fuller Laboratories invoice number, shipping date, and a brief description of damage.

Before returned goods can be received an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) must be issued by Fuller Laboratories and this authorization number must accompany any return shipment.
Shipping Policy
Domestic orders received Monday through Wednesday will be shipped the next day via air freight F.O.B. Fullerton, CA. Orders received Thursday and Friday will be shipped the following Monday, except by special request. Direct international shipments are made via the best available air freight carrier. Shipping charges are pre-paid and added to your invoice.
Conditions of Sale
Confirming purchase orders, if sent, will be governed by the terms and conditions set forth in this catalog. Any acceptance of the offer to sell contained herein is limited to acceptance of these terms. Any proposal for additional or different terms, or any attempt by the customer to vary any of the terms in the customer’s acceptance by purchase order or otherwise, shall not operate as a rejection of this offer to sell, but shall be deemed acceptance by the customer without those additional or different terms. If this catalog is deemed an acceptance of a prior offer to purchase by customer, then such acceptance is expressly conditioned on customer’s agreement to any additional or different terms contained herein. Unless otherwise expressly stated, all products listed herein are supplied for research use only and should not be used for human therapeutic or diagnostic applications. The foregoing is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Fuller Laboratories be responsible for lost profits or indirect or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, personal injuries resulting from use of the products. Limitation of use: for research or for further manufacturing.
